SWAY EM TO THE RIGHT
This is one of the moves we've been trying to master. We're starting to get the idea but have a ways to go yet.

March 21, 2006 Great Lakes Chorus rehearsal at Forest Hills Prebyterian Church in Cascade, MI. It's early spring, the snow has melted and we can put away winter coats for lighter jacket.
GETTING OFF PAPER
We got several new pieces to learn in December along with practice CDs for some. We have our two competition songs memorized and a few others but because GLI competition comes up in a couple months we spend a lot of time on the two competition songs. But here we are working one into our repertoire.
AN OLDIE BUT GOODIE
Ted Wietke was recognized tonight for his 58th anniversary with the Great Lakes Chorus, our longest active member!
DOH!
We have a Charity Marble Draw each night. A bag of several green marbles and one white, the winning ticket gets to reach into the bag and whom ever draws the white marble wins, otherwise the pot waits till the next week and grows a little more.
