Rehearsing Sparta Park

July 19th, 2005 the Great Lakes Chorus rehearsed for a park concert in Sparta for the next day.

I'm something of a masochist because I love when we pick apart songs and focus on perfecting each chord and phrase... but it's great also to be able just to sing them all the way through too:). To figure out how long our lineup would run for the Sparta Park concert we sang a dozen songs one right after another! I have a new tape recorder set up so the audio ain't half bad. Actually it's still phone quality since that's how I have to upload, via the phone reciever, but it's great sounding stereo on my walkman:) Check out the audio clip links below...
